Cancellation and Refund Policy

Last updated 3 October 2026

Last Updated: October 2026

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to registrations and tickets purchased for the India Pickleball Summit and India Pickleball Awards (“IPS”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By purchasing a ticket or completing a paid registration, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Ticket Cancellations

All ticket purchases and paid registrations are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.

If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, including changes in personal circumstances, travel plans or scheduling conflicts, no refund will ordinarily be provided.

2. Ticket Transfers

Tickets and registrations are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by the organisers.

Where transfers are permitted, requests must be submitted to us before the applicable deadline and may be subject to verification or additional conditions.

3. Event Cancellation

If the India Pickleball Summit or India Pickleball Awards is cancelled by the organisers and is not rescheduled, registered attendees will be eligible for a refund of the ticket amount paid.

Any applicable platform, processing, convenience or transaction fees charged by a third-party ticketing or payment provider may be subject to that provider's refund terms.

The organisers will not be responsible for reimbursement of travel, accommodation, visa, transportation or any other expenses incurred in connection with attending the event.

4. Postponement or Rescheduling

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, existing registrations will ordinarily remain valid for the revised date.

Details regarding ticket validity, transfers or any refund options available in such circumstances will be communicated directly to registered attendees.

5. Changes to the Event

The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, including changes to speakers, sessions, timings, partners, venue arrangements or other programme elements.

Such changes will not ordinarily constitute grounds for a refund, provided that the event proceeds substantially as scheduled.

6. Force Majeure

The event may be postponed, relocated, modified or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organisers, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, public emergencies, venue closures, transportation disruption or other force majeure events.

In such circumstances, the organisers will communicate the available options to registered attendees. Any refund, credit or transfer arrangements will be determined based on the circumstances of the event and applicable legal requirements.

7. Duplicate or Incorrect Transactions

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same registration or there has been an error in your transaction, please contact us with your booking and payment details.

Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be reviewed and, where applicable, refunded to the original payment method.

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund has been approved, it will ordinarily be processed to the original method of payment.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment provider, bank or financial institution.

9. Third-Party Ticketing Platforms

Tickets may be sold through authorised third-party registration or ticketing platforms.

Transactions made through such platforms may also be subject to the platform's own payment, cancellation and refund terms. Where applicable, refunds may need to be processed through the platform through which the original transaction was completed.
